Jhive's Focus Areas

Our Focus:

Jhive is a UK charity working to tackle antisemitism and strengthen Jewish inclusion across workplaces and communities. We deliver independent antisemitism training, support for employers, and initiatives that empower Jewish tech entrepreneurs.

Our work spans three areas: tackling antisemitism in the workplace, supporting Jewish inclusion, and empowering Jewish entrepreneurs.

Antisemitism in the UK

Antisemitism remains a significant challenge across the UK. According to the Community Security Trust (CST), 1,521 antisemitic incidents were recorded between January and June 2025—the second-highest total ever for the first half of any year.

Levels of antisemitic behaviour in workplaces, universities, and online spaces remain well above pre-October 2023 levels, underscoring the continued need for awareness and education.

Jhive supports organisations across the corporate, public, and third sectors through independent antisemitism training, Jewish inclusion support, and listening sessions for Jewish employees. Our work helps employers recognise and respond to antisemitism, strengthen their EDI strategy, and build more inclusive workplaces for Jewish staff.

These programmes are designed to help organisations demonstrate genuine allyship with their Jewish colleagues.

Whether delivered in person or online, our training provides actionable guidance for HR, EDI, and leadership teams to improve confidence, rapport, and inclusion outcomes.

Empowering Jewish Entrepreneurs

Jhive also empowers Jewish professionals through entrepreneurship and innovation programmes. Our mentoring, networking, and start-up support initiatives help early-stage founders access expert advice, connect with peers, and grow their ventures.

By supporting Jewish entrepreneurship, Jhive strengthens economic participation and representation, helping Jewish professionals thrive while contributing to the wider UK innovation landscape.
