What is Antisemitism?
Antisemitism is hostility, prejudice, or discrimination against Jewish people.
Jhive bases all its training on the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism, the most widely recognised international framework for understanding antisemitic behaviour and language.
In the workplace, antisemitism can appear through stereotypes, exclusion, jokes, or systemic bias. Our sessions help teams recognise both direct and subtle forms of antisemitism, equipping them to challenge it confidently and build lasting inclusion.
Workshop Overview
This 90-minute or 2-hour antisemitism training workshop offers an in-depth, expert-led exploration designed specifically for UK workplaces and employers. Participants gain the understanding and confidence to recognise, address, and prevent antisemitism within professional settings.

A clear understanding of antisemitism — its historical roots, evolution, and contemporary forms.

A detailed understanding of the International Holocaust Remembrance Alliance (IHRA) Working Definition of Antisemitism — including its key clauses and real-world application in workplace contexts.
The ability to identify antisemitic stereotypes, tropes, and myths — and to understand how these appear across media, culture, and professional environments.
Experience through co-created case studies — practical examples illustrating how antisemitism can manifest in the workplace and what an appropriate, effective response looks like.
Workshop Goals
The goal of this workshop is to give employees, HR professionals, and leadership teams a comprehensive understanding of antisemitism in the workplace, enabling them to recognise, challenge, and prevent it. Through discussion and reflection, participants gain the tools to become informed, confident allies to their Jewish colleagues, helping to build respectful, inclusive workplaces where everyone feels safe and valued.
Delivery Format
Our antisemitism workshop is best delivered in person to support open dialogue and interaction, but it can also be conducted virtually for remote teams.

Jhive’s independence also extends to how our work is funded.
