Jhive - A Hive of Jewish Support
Jhive is a UK charity helping organisations build inclusive workplaces and promote Jewish inclusion in the workplace through support, interactive workshops and antisemitism training based on the IHRA Working Definition of Antisemitism.
Recognised as a trusted Jewish EDI training provider and featured in the Board of Deputies of British Jews Employers Guide to Judaism, we work with HR, EDI, and senior leadership teams to deliver Jewish inclusion support, training, practical guidance, and the confidence to identify, address, and prevent antisemitism in the workplace and build allyship.

Antisemitism Training Session
Creating an inclusive and respectful workplace means ensuring every employee feels safe and supported, including Jewish colleagues. Jhive’s antisemitism training helps organisations understand the experiences of Jewish people, recognise antisemitism in all its forms, and respond with confidence and care. Through practical learning and open discussion, our workshops give teams the insight to build genuine allyship and embed lasting inclusion across the workplace.
Our antisemitism training equips participants with a deep understanding of antisemitism, its history, modern expressions, and impact on Jewish communities today. Participants explore the IHRA definition of antisemitism, analyse real workplace case studies, and develop practical strategies for prevention and response. This workshop helps organisations act decisively and confidently when discrimination occurs, fostering allyship and trust across teams.
Jewish Cultural Competence Workshops
We offer three workplace-focused versions of our Jewish Cultural Competence Training, including a Real Estate focused workshop, a Customer Facing workshop, and a third designed to help organisations engage Jewish professionals, clients, prospects, and businesses. These sessions strengthen Jewish inclusion in the workplace by building understanding and confidence in engaging with Jewish colleagues, clients, and communities. Each workshop provides practical, actionable guidance to help teams reduce misunderstandings, improve communication, and demonstrate their commitment to inclusion.
Listening Session for Jewish Employees
A psychologist-led, two-part facilitated listening session for Jewish employees, designed to help HR and EDI leaders understand how Jewish colleagues can best be supported within their workplace. These confidential sessions create a safe space for Jewish staff to share experiences, while a separate debrief provides HR with actionable insights and inclusion strategies. These sessions are ideally delivered in person, but can also be run remotely.
The Jewish Inclusive Workplace Standard

The Jewish Inclusive Workplace Standard is Jhive’s framework for recognising organisations that actively support Jewish inclusion. It offers a benchmark designed to help employers measure progress and demonstrate genuine allyship.
The Standard helps employers embed inclusion across every part of their culture, from antisemitism training and policy development to data collection and awareness initiatives. Achieving the Standard demonstrates your organisation’s commitment to Jewish inclusion in the workplace and to building lasting trust with Jewish employees.
